Aaron received a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and began his career in the banking industry
Since 1994, Aaron has been teaching and consulting a wide range of industries in the implementation of continuous quality improvement and organizational development and quality management.
In 2000, Aaron formed his own company, Working Knowledge, Inc. providing consulting services to a client base which included, hospitals, long term care facilities, wood, steel and plastic manufacturing, data processing, food and feed manufactures, city and county governments, printing, and livestock production.

About Quality Management
Bethany Life Communities is committed to the pursuit of excellence in our provision of quality service to the elders we serve. Although many quality standards and benchmarks have been measured over the years; Bethany Life Communities formally created a Quality Management function in 2007 to support the organization in meeting our mission.
The Director of Quality Management is responsible to lead a team of managers at Bethany Life who will carefully monitor the needs and expectations of our customers as well as feedback from our customers regarding our quality of service. The quality manager will also guide departmental teams and individuals in their day to day activities; providing learning opportunities and building systems of care that will continuously enhance customer service.
The Director of Quality Management will also guide the organization in a formal program of adherence to an appropriate quality standard.
