Thirty six delegates and numerous guests attended the 2005 BLC Annual Meeting which was held in the Bethany Manor Chapel.

 
 

Jerry Sloan (right), President of the BLC Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.

Betsy Warburton (below), President and CEO, talked about the financial status of BLC, changes to the bylaws, and the Quality First covenant to achieve healthy, affordable, and ethical long-term care.

 
 
       Dale Ullestad-Heneke (left), Vice President, talked about CQI Teams and management restructuring. Vice President Cheri Schendel-Hennager talked about public policy and Marsha Taylor talked about Timberland Village.  
 
Larry Elphic, Director of the BLC Foundation, presents a gift of appreciation to Jim Christy, retiring member and Vice-Chair of the BLC Board of Directors.
