The 5th Annual Bethany Life Foundation Golf Tournament & Auction (90th Anniversary Benefit for residents and tenants of Bethany Life Communities) was held at the River Bend Golf Course in Story City, Iowa on Saturday, July 31, 2004. (Rain Date Saturday, August 14, 2004).

The golf tournament was an 18-hole event (4 person best shot). The auction started at 7:30 a.m. The "shot gun" start for the golf tournament was at 8:00 a.m. The entry fee was $50 per person to be paid by July 27. Food was available.

Auctions items included two basketballs signed by Coach Johnny Orr and a fishing trip to Gay Henryson's pond (large-mouth bass, catfish). Reservations were handled by:
