The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing the performance of the staff and the delivery of services for the entire nursing department at Bethany Manor. The DON also manages the Medicare Coordinator, the MDS Coordinator, and the nurse scheduler, along with the restorative nursing department. The DON schedules and prepares nursing-specific training for the staff and maintains relationships with many of the vendors who provide supplies to our continuum.
