The Iowa Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (IAHSA) is composed of nursing homes, residential care and assisted living facilities, continuing care and life care retirement communities, senior housing and other service providers in the field of long-term care.

IAHSA is a state affiliate of AAHSA.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) resulted from a 1988 union of three North American bodies: The American Lutheran Church, the Association of Evangelical Lutheran Churches and the Lutheran Church in America.  Its purpose is to carry out God's mission and support its congregations and organizations in this endeavor.

The Mary Greeley Medical Center (MGMC) is a regional referral center based in Ames, Iowa, that serves an 18 county region.  It has a physician staff of over 200 and offers more than 50 specialties and subspecialties.

The American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) consists of more than 5600 not-for-profit nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living and senior housing facilities and community service organizations.  More than half of AAHSA's member organizations are religiously sponsored.  Every day AAHSA members serve more than one million older persons across the country.

The Lutheran Services in America (LSA) is an alliance of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, and their nearly 300 social ministry organizations. LSA is the largest health and human services network in the United States. It is a network of social services and long-term care programs, serving those in need without regard to race, religion, gender or creed.
