Dorothy and I love our new twin home at Timberland Village. We liked the idea of
joining a continuum of care for seniors that meets the needs of body, mind and spirit, and
has a full time Chaplain. We can depend on future services and sharing common values.
We believe this decision was a smart financial investment that will allow us a retirement
that is free from uncertainty…and they are virtually maintenance free!

Nursing

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing the performance of the staff and the delivery of services for the entire nursing department at Bethany Life Communities. The DON also manages the Medicare Coordinator, the MDS Coordinator, and the nurse scheduler, along with the restorative nursing department. The DON schedules and prepares nursing-specific training for the staff and maintains relationships with many of the vendors who provide supplies to our continuum.
