Morgan Voga is now serving Bethany Life as the new assistant administrator. As Bethany Life’s new administrator, Morgan will be responsible for overseeing the operations inside the walls of The Households of Bethany, helping to guide departments like nursing, social services, maintenance, and more. “I am most excited to dive into those areas that I haven’t been involved in,” said Morgan. “Hopefully make Bethany a better place, not only culturally, but provide even better care for our residents by supporting our amazing staff in the work that they do.”

Morgan is the perfect person for the job. She has been with Bethany Life for seven years now, and has seen what it takes to be successful in a number of different areas. Since 2016, Morgan has made her difference as a household coordinator, neighborhood coordinator, director of resident and life services, and director of admissions. “We could not be more excited for Morgan and her growth as she transitions into her new role. She brings a wealth of knowledge along with and an understanding of Bethany that is perfect for the position. I am thrilled to continue to work alongside such a passionate, driven individual.” said CEO Kim Schilling.

Morgan is currently working to acquire her administrator license from the state of Iowa. After obtaining the necessary credits from an accredited college, she will take the state board exam, obtain her license, and officially be named Bethany Life’s administrator.
